Magnesium Elektron, Manchester

Within this manufacturing plant, ESH designed, supplied and installed a trace heating system for three hopper cones. The system was designed to temperature maintain the hopper cones at +55°C in a minimum ambient temperature of -20°C. Type VC constant wattage heating cable was used and controlled by three DTC digital thermostats.

Jobling Purser Asphalt Plant, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne

As a highway maintenance specialists, Jobling Purser develop and manufacture a wide range of products used around the world. ESH designed, supplied and installed a trace heating system to maintain a 4" steel bitumen line at +80°C. 

In a minimum ambient temperature of -20°C, over 300 metres of type SC constant wattage heating tape was triple traced to the underside of the pipework in order to maintain the required product temperature.

Skanska, Doncaster

Supplied and installed a trace heating system to frost protect the cold water service pipework. Our Type ESTSBOJ10/2 self regulating heating tape was installed to the underside of the pipework in a straight trace configuration.

New Marks & Spencer Store, Stoke On Trent

ESH Trace Heating Ltd supplied and installed a frost protection heating system to the MWS, BCWS, HWS and LTHW pipework. Within this brand new retail outlet, over 200 metres of type VCBOJ constant wattage heating tape was required.

Here at this new microscopy core facility for the School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, ESH designed, supplied and installed a trace heating circuit to provide frost protection to a short run of chilled water pipework.

Adel Beck Secure Children's Home, Leeds

ESH were back at Adel Beck to extend the existing 1200m of trace heating installed earlier this year. An additional run of type H2OWAT55 was supplied and installed onto the DHWS pipework, maintaining a temperature of +55°C.

Robert Sanderson & Sons, Hull

Here ESH were contracted to design, supply and install trace heating to temperature maintain three large storage tanks, two tanks at +30°C and one at +10°C, all within a minimum ambient temperature of -20°C.

A total of 420m of Type FBT self regulating heating tape was required to complete the tank heating systems.
