For this large children's home project, ESH were contracted to design, supply and install a trace heating system to temperature maintain 1200 metres of HWS pipework. The system included 12 power junction boxes with BMS fault relays fitted. This large new children's home in Leeds creates 24 bedrooms, a teaching block, a canteen, leisure facilities and administrative space.
