ESH supplied and installed over 250 metres of type VC constant wattage heating tape in order to temperature maintain a large hooper, filter, feeds and valve at +70°C.

Carlisle WWTW

Supplied and installed trace heating to perform the duty of providing frost protection to the external pipework in a minimum ambient temperature of -15°C.

New Pavilion - Grosvenor Park

The new pavilion was part of a £3.5m plan to restore Grosvenor Park in Chester. ESH designed, supplied and installed a 240 volt trace heating system to perform the following duties:

• To frost protect the external chilled water pipework in a minimum ambient temperature of -20°C  

• Provide a hot water temperature maintenance system to the HWS internal pipework

Harris Manchester College - Oxford

Here at this constituent college of the University of Oxford, ESH designed, supplied and installed a snow and ice prevention trace heating system to the lead lined flat roof areas. In total project required over 260m of type FBTBOJ self limiting heating tape.

Flocktons T.V.P Ltd, Grimsby

ESH were contracted to design, supply and install a frost protection trace heating system for the lower half of a storage tank, 3m dia x 7.3m high. This project required over 210m of type FBT self regulating heating tape to complete.
