Here ESH designed, supplied and installed a frost protection trace heating system to over 540 metres of external pipework on the roof area. The pipework comprised of 50mm NB LTHW and 150mm NB CHW pipe.

For this new office development ESH were asked to design and supply underfloor ramp heating to two separate sloped areas on the car park. In total 390m of type VC constant wattage was supplied along with 4 ETO thermostats and ancillaries.

Within this waste water treatment works, ESH designed, supplied and installed a temperature maintenance trace heating system. The system was designed using type FBT self regulating heating tape in order to maintain the required temperature of +10°C on the plastic pipework.

For this project, ESH supplied and installed both the trace heating and thermal insulation to provide a frost protection system to external pipework. Type FBT self regulating heating cable was the cable of choice for this site.
