For this project ESH designed, supplied and installed an external frost protection trace heating system utilising type FBTBOJ self regulating heating tape.

St Mary's Catholic College, Blackpool

With over 1800 pupils, St Mary's is the largest Roman Catholic secondary school in Lancashire. Here ESH designed, supplied and installed a frost protection trace heating system for the schools internal sprinkler pipework. The pipework was double traced with a total of 460m of type WTB constant wattage heating cable and monitored using ESH TracePro monitoring units.

Charlton Court House, Somerset

ESH supplied and installed a trace heating system for the domestic hot water services plastic pipework. The hot water services required maintaining at +55°C, this was achieved by installing our type H2OWAT55 heating tape.

Halstead Bio-Waste

ESH supplied and installed a frost protection trace heating system to condensate pipework within a ATEX area assumed to be Zone 1, Gas Group IIb, Temperature Class T3. 114m of type FBTX10/2 ATEX Certified self regulating heating tape was installed.

The Brockmoor Foundry Ltd - Brierley Hill

Supplied and installed trace heating to provide temperature maintenance of a duct associated with a Schenk Sand Cooler. The duct was of steel construction measuring approximately 3.5m x 600mm diameter and needed to be maintained at a temperature of +60°C to +70°C.
