St Mary's Catholic College, Blackpool
With over 1800 pupils, St Mary's is the largest Roman Catholic secondary school in Lancashire. Here ESH designed, supplied and installed a frost protection trace heating system for the schools internal sprinkler pipework. The pipework was double traced with a total of 460m of type WTB constant wattage heating cable and monitored using ESH TracePro monitoring units.Friday, 23 May 2014
Charlton Court House, Somerset
ESH supplied and installed a trace heating system for the domestic hot water services plastic pipework. The hot water services required maintaining at +55°C, this was achieved by installing our type H2OWAT55 heating tape.

Halstead Bio-Waste
ESH supplied and installed a frost protection trace heating system to condensate pipework within a ATEX area assumed to be Zone 1, Gas Group IIb, Temperature Class T3. 114m of type FBTX10/2 ATEX Certified self regulating heating tape was installed.

The Brockmoor Foundry Ltd - Brierley Hill
Supplied and installed trace heating to provide temperature maintenance of a duct associated with a Schenk Sand Cooler. The duct was of steel construction measuring approximately 3.5m x 600mm diameter and needed to be maintained at a temperature of +60°C to +70°C.
